Carvers Coffee
House opened its doors on July 1,
2003 and offers a light lunch menu, delectable desserts, espresso based coffees, and beverages using a variety of fruit and natural flavours
using Torani Syrups. We
chose the best coffee company in Canada as our suppliers:
Carvers Pub
opened in December 2004 and features select international &
local wines, along with Halifax produced Garrison Micro-beers: Nut
Brown, Irish Red, and Tall Ship Amber.
We also offer Lobster
Rolls on our menu, which are available seasonally.
We've been told by many that they are the best in Nova Scotia!
Our front porch opens onto Pictou Harbour and is a welcome spot to sit and chat with
visitors and local residents alike! |
Carvers is unique in many ways:
- we're open 7days
a week, year round and close only for major holidays or major
snow storms
- the pet friendly
atmosphere is dedicated to the memory of our beloved Bernese
Mountain Dog, Skookum, who graced the doorstep of Carvers in Lund,
British Columbia and welcomed everyone with his big waggily tail

Carvers is a "happening place"
